A multi-pronged program approach is used to accomplish HCIA's mission: Research, Education and Advocacy.

We believe in science and fact-based discussion about the Hawaii seed industry and its crop technology which includes conventional and biotechnology plant breeding practices.

We welcome opportunities for these discussions and would be happy to meet with interested groups. Please contact Alicia Maluafiti at director @ hciaonline. com if you would like to learn more about the Hawaii seed industry.
